The two have over 30 years of experience in the coffee industry - together, they focus greatly on environmental sustainability and technological innovation. Their coffee plantation is operated almost solely on solar energy, and they strive to protect the local ecosystem through treating and reusing byproduct as fertilizers. Moreover, Cordillera de Fuego is equipped with its own laboratory for research and development. Their focus on innovative processing methods have produced many coffees with unique flavor notes, including this lot of anaerobic coffee.
