Shipping policy
PICK-UP
Pick-up at store (Sango, located on Stromarkt 15, 1012SW Amsterdam, The Netherlands) is available when all products are in stock. Orders for pick-up will be held for the customer for 7 days after the ready-for-pick-up notification has been sent. After 7 days, the items will be released. Should there be no more stock and immediate pick-up is no longer possible, the customer may decide to wait until the items are back in stock, or cancel the order and receive a refund.
SHIPPING
Orders are dispatched on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays.
For orders outside of the Europe Union, please note that duties and taxes may be due to the parcel carrier upon delivery. These fees will be assessed by the parcel carrier, and must be paid by the order recipient. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

SHIPPING TO A TEMPORARY ADDRESS
If the customer requests that a package be shipped to a temporary address, including but not limited to accommodation such as a hotel, the customer is responsible for informing the relevant contact person at the temporary address and ensuring that they are authorized and willing to receive the package on the customer’s behalf.
We cannot be held responsible if the package is successfully delivered to the specified temporary address by our courier but is subsequently refused or not accepted by the contact person at that location, such as a hotel receptionist.
Should the customer request that the shipment be sent again, either to the same temporary address or to a new address, any additional shipping or re-shipment costs incurred shall be borne entirely by the customer.
