Jairo Arcila is a third-generation coffee producer, owner of six farms in Quindo, Colombia, including Finca Santa Monica. Jairo and his family create numerous job opprtunities for the local community with their six farms, all with different harvest periods throughout the year. They also grow other agricultural products on their farms, such as mandarin, and plantains. This unique lot of coffee was dried on raised bed with dehydrated mandarin peels at a controlled temperature. The result is a uniquely bright and sweet coffee, with notes of mandarin, orange blossom, and honey.
