Learn how to brew filter coffee using the origami drippers - our favorite pour over coffee brewer. The technique you learn using the origami dripper can be transferred to other equipment, such as the popular Hario V60, Chemex, Kalita Wave, and many more. We will use a refractometer to measure the extraction and the strength of the coffee to test and improve the brew. You will also explore flavor notes to be able to describe the coffee.
