In the highlands of Tanzania, Acacia Hills is located where rich soils and cool mountain temperatures, combine to produce coffee with exceptional clarity and elegance. Leon and Aideen Christianakis’ passion for coffee cultivation inspires them to bring out the unique character of each harvest. From this washed Gesha, you can expect sweet fruit notes of cantaloupe, fresh green apple, and a delicate, tea-like finish of white tea.
This marks our second year working with Leon and Aideen, and the third coffee we’ve had the pleasure of receiving from them. Since our first meeting in 2024, their coffee has continued to gain recognition, with growing demand from around the world. We feel incredibly honoured to share their coffee with our community and are grateful to continue building this collaboration together.
